Hi all,

Justin has managed to sneak mentions of Nemesis into websites all around the globe. World Domination has begun!

You can find me in an article up on Creativend.com. The article supposedly looks at the process of collaboration that takes place between writer and artist when working on a comic. It is really just part of my plan of infiltrating the internet...

With a little help from Ash Jackson and some pages from Nemesis, Justin looks at the process of going from script to page from both the writer and artist's point of view. Not a bad little read..

Nemesis Cover!

Check out the new cover for Nemesis courtesy of guest cover artist Dan Schoening. It is full of awesome.

Although I don't believe I've ever looked so ridiculous at the hands of Blue Bolt, he'll pay for this...IN BLOOD! (too much?)

Regards,

Prof. Nemesis

Character Bio #4: Misstery

Misstery

Misstery is, to put it bluntly, the most smoking hot creature Aloysious B. Brown has ever laid his eyes on. This sexy and sassy cat burglar has a penchant for big shiny things and works of art. She likes to think of herself as a modern day Robin Hood, just without the giving to the poor part.

After a number of run-ins, the flirtatious Misstery soon develops a fondness for the “cute” Professor Nemesis. One that Aloysius finds equal parts exciting and terrifying. He quite often finds himself torn between his true feelings for Ester Crumpstein and the teasing advances of Misstery.

The pair strike up an uneasy alliance when it suits them but Misstery’s loyalty is not a trait one should rely on too heavily.

Character Bio #3: Ester Crumpstein

As promised Character Bio #3: the lovely Ester...

Ester Crumpstein

Ester Crumpstein is the daughter every parent wants to have. She is an honest, responsible, straight A student, president of the science club, competitive chess player and a strong supporter of animal rights.

Ester is Aloysius' next door neighbour and has been the secret object of his affection for years. Unbeknownst to him this affection is somewhat shared, while she would never admit it, she does find him kind of cute and as a fellow science geek she admires his intellect. His attitude however, certainly leaves a lot to be desired but maybe he is a project worth working on.

Ester's room is covered in posters of Blue Bolt. Ever since he rescued her cat from a tree when she was twelve years old Ester has admired him. Aloysius is constantly startled by why she fails to see through the spandex exterior to the complete moron underneath.

Ester and Aloysius's relationship is complicated to say the least and becomes even stranger as certain facts about their lives begin to come to light...

Next time we meet the sexy supervillainess Misstery...

Character Bio #2: Blue Bolt

Readers,

Prepare for the second character bio in the series. As much as it pains me to even present this rubbish, it is that of my archnemesis Blue Bolt.

Blue Bolt

Time Magazine's Hero of the Year for ten years running, President of the United States League of Defenders, Special Envoy to the United Nations International Superhero Commission and runner up in Cleopatra Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive (behind Johnny Depp), Blue Bolt is San Francisco's favourite son and one of the world's most prominent superheroes.

His secret identity is **** ***** (I can't go revealing such an amazing plot twist now can I). He was a handsome All-American Quarterback in High School and was destined to make it to the pros but during during drunken celebrations after winning the state championship he was dared to swim into the river and retrieve a wayward pass. Upstream the Global Tech facility was pumping all flavours of radiological material into the river. Swimming out to the ball he was struck by lightning, the resulting combination gave him super-speed and super-strength.

When his powers meant that he was unable to play football without revealing his secret, his agent convinced him to follow a new career path and become a hero. A career path that, with advertising campaigns and endorsements, has proven profitable enough for a comfortable living for his family, plus Blue Bolt loves the attention.

Blue Bolt's weakness, apart from the ladies, is his constant need for energy while using his powers; don't be surprised to see Blue Bolt swing through a fast food drive-through while in hot pursuit of some criminals. Even after more than 20 years with his powers he still finds it difficult to stop or manoeuvre. His brain, which it must be said isn't the sharpest, can't keep up with his body at full speed. Slippery or flammable surfaces also cause issues. A source of constant amusement is Blue Bolt's inability to metabolize alcohol.

Blue Bolt is everything Aloysius both hates and in some ways envies. Handsome, popular and successful Aloysius thinks he is a stupid arrogant jock, but the world, for some unknown reason loves him.

Till next time when we meet the amazingly beautiful Ester Crumpstein...

Character Bio #1: Aloysius

Hello Readers,

It has been quite a while since my last post but with good reason. I have been working hard on perfecting my Atomic Immobilzier ray that will spell the end for Blue Bolt. T-H-E E-N-D that's how you spell it Blue Bolt.

For the next few posts Justin is going to introduce you to the characters I share the pages of Nemesis with.

The first character bio is none other than my own.

ALOYSIUS B. BROWN/PROFESSOR NEMESIS

Seventeen year old Aloysius B. Brown lives in the basement of his mother’s house and appears to be a typical high school science geek. Highly intelligent but with close to zero social skills he is a loner at school, apart from his best and equally outcast friend Terrence Wong.

Aloysius is constantly tormented by Dwayne Sharpe, quarterback of the football team and alpha male of the hallways of J.J. Jenkins High. Add to this his undeniable crush on the beautiful Ester Crumpstein (the girl next door), and Aloysius seems to battle his way through High School like nerds everywhere. This is, of course, except for the fact that Aloysius B. Brown is the super villain Professor Nemesis, soon to be Evil Genius.

During the day Aloysius labours his way through the hive of idiocy they call high school; avoiding incompetent teachers, the intoxicating Ester Crumpstein and the testosterone fuelled Dwayne Sharpe as much as possible. He slaves away at his part time job at a computer store, constantly astounded by the stupidity of the public. But then, freed from the bounds of society he becomes Professor Nemesis, plotting the destruction of his archenemy Blue Bolt and eventual world domination.

More concept art

Hello readers,

Due to the popularity of my last post of concept art I once again present to you a series of drawings undertaken by Ash in the early days of the development of Nemesis...

Of course I look nothing like that scrawny wretch in the far left picture...I must return now to the development of my muscular enhancement drug.

Yours Sincerely,

Aloysius B. Brown
(SUPERvillain)
